Arbonne - is it worth it?

Hi, I am looking for any insight into the company, Arbonne. My wife is a stay at home mom with 2 young kids, (4 & 2) and she has been approached to start selling this product line. I am not a big fan of the direct marketing campaigns but I am willing to support her and her efforts. The question is - is all the effort worth it? Are the results (income) really going to happen.
I understand the company has seen huge growth over the last couple years. Here in Canada, it is just taking off.
